According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, a certified nursing assistant is a highly valued position. The need for qualified CNAs is expected to rise at a steady level over the next decade. Since you’ve already proven yourself to your health care facility, your supervisor, and your peers, they will be wise to invest in your education. Larger companies generally have no problem providing training for their best staff members. It’s a win/win situation.
